UX Design / Program Management

Although I wear many creative hats, my recent work has been committed to user experience design and program management. Read on for some highlights of my experience.

Advocating for User-Centered Digital Transformation

Current role: Lead the user experience and persona-driven digital transformation of enterprise applications; facilitate partnership and collaboration through a cross-functional governance structure, bringing together multiple stakeholders; track UX milestones to ensure users remain at the center of our work; manage vendor relationships and partner with multiple business teams to identify interdependencies across the portfolio.

Building Collaborative Design Teams

Previous role: Managed the UX/UI priorities and design deliverables for a new clinical trials SaaS solution built on Salesforce; represented the design team in global cross-functional product meetings; collaborated with product management, business analysts, scrum masters, and developers; oversaw design tickets and estimations in Jira; advocated for user research and usability testing; also led a studio initiative aimed at aligning the experience and best practices of our patient-facing products.

Connecting Clinical Trial Participants to Study Teams

Previous role: Delivered user-focused designs for a cloud-based virtual trials platform built on Salesforce (the application was notably used to support COVID-19 vaccine studies); created low- and high-fidelity assets (e.g., wireframes, mockups, and prototypes) to meet the design system standards for both for web and mobile; collaborated closely with business analysts, developers, and UI designers to refine user stories; and coordinated research efforts through focus groups, 1:1 interviews, surveys, and persona-building activities.

Silver IQVIA Impact Program Award Description: "Christine's designs and empathy on Study Hub went into some of the most impactful, positive site user experiences. Based on the overwhelming number of patients the sites had to serve during these COVID trials, these designs dramatically reduced site burden. Christine's leadership, investigator panel sessions, and focus on end-users has benefited Study Hub at this moment and will for time to come."
